Exciting New Florida November Art Seminar
The above adorable Christmas Plate is the interesting and challenging project that you will learn how to paint in the November Seminar. As you can see, it includes lots of different techniques, including a miniature "Canvas Landscape Painting"...! There will be no pressure for you to purchase additional projects, unless you are a very fast painter and you wish to learn to paint other items as well.
The cost of the 3-Day Rosemaling Seminar is still only $147 plus the cost of the imported hardwood plate from Norway Seminar Fee includes your oil art paint.
As you can see from the above picture, the Seminar project is one of Joan's "keepers" and is featured among her favorite art work on our all year "Christmas Wall". I did not even take it down but shot the picture about 12 feet away from the floor. This did not make the photo my master piece. However, when you see the original, you will really appreciate the beautiful art work that you will have your own copy to decorate with for your next and future Christmases.

These Seminars are limited to 8 students so each painter will get lots of personal attention. However, the small class size also may result in that the Seminar is sold out fast. If you register after the Seminar is full, your deposit will be returned. You may request to be placed on a waiting list in case of possible cancellations.
Reasonable motel and trailer camp-grounds are within 3 miles from the studio as well as restaurants and other stores. You may also come by any size boat as we are located on a deep water inlet from the Gulf of Mexico.
Joan Dahl has been a Rosemaling teacher for more than three decades. She has researched this art in its homeland of Norway for 17 years while she was teaching the Norwegian their own art form at the Norwegian Folk-University. She has published 3 Hard Cover Rosemaling books as well as various articles in major art publications. Presently she has her own teaching facilities in Florida. She is also a traveling art teacher.
