• Under normal conditions, your order will be shipped within 2 working days from the day we receive your order.
• An ASN program with FedEx is used to give you an advanced Shipping Notice to your email address when your order leaves the factory. 
• Merchandise returned for any reason other than our error or manufacturer's defect will be credited at 80% of invoice price.
• Items returned must be properly packed and in original factory cartons. 
• Any item not in original factory packing will be credited at salvage value, not to exceed 50% of invoice cost.
• On returns customer pays all freight costs.
• Any merchandise returned C.O.D. will be refused to the shipper.
• Any shipment being returned without a prior contact with us regarding the reason for the return, will also be refused.
