Payment Methods: Our Website is set up to accept payments thru PayPal. However, you may also pay us directly using your Visa, MasterCard or personal check etc. Please contact us for the necessary forms if you do not select to use PayPal. Checks returned to us due to insufficient funds will incur a $25 fee and the accounts placed for collection will be responsible for any and all collection fees.

Export customers may use credit card, check or money order, but orders must be paid in U.S. funds. Export customers may also pay by bank transfer, but must include an extra $30 U.S. for bank processing fees. We still recommend the use of PayPal also for our foreign customers. Appropriate customs documents will accompany export orders.

PS: Insurance is not available to all foreign counties and the orders will then be sent on the customer’s own risk.

Postage Fees:We charge a small handling fee of $2.00 to cover packing and the driving to the Post Office. If you pay by check or money order, please include 15% extra to cover postage and handling. (This is only an estimate as weight; distance and carton size determine postage.) Any overage will be refunded to you and shortages will be billed.

Refunds: Refunds under $25 are issued as a credit memo. Credit memos are valid for one year.

Shipping: Dahl House will ship anywhere in the world. The new U.S. Postal rules are that foreign shipments will only go by air. No more surface (ocean) freight is available as of May 2007. All orders are shipped F.O.B. our Inglis, Florida Post Office At times the automatic Website Freight Calculator may not select the lowest available freight, especially to countries outside the US. Should you feel this happens to you, kindly send us an email for a special freight quote. We will manually search the most favorable shipping rates for your order and write you back. The shipping cost given automatically does not include insurance. If you wish shipping insurance coverage, please also request the cost by sending an email to online@rosemal.com.

Back Orders: We only back order out-of-stock items with a value of $25 or more and then only at our discretion.

Sales Tax: Florida residents are subject to a 6.% sales tax unless they furnish us with a valid resale tax number.

Prices: Prices are subject to change at any time. Market sensitive commodity items will be priced according to current market conditions. We attempt to maintain current prices on this Website. However, maintenance errors and occasional delays in posting current prices may occur.

Availability Of Stock: We attempt to maintain the highest stock levels possible. Nevertheless, stocks will occasionally be depleted. If the item is out, we will respond by e-mail or phone indicating a probable delivery date.

Returns: Returns must be made within 10 days from the date of delivery. If the merchandise is packed in a special sealed factory package, it must be returned unopened. All returned items must be returned unused and in perfect condition. The cost of the return freight and a 20% restocking fee will be charged to the customer.

Cancellations and Alterations: Dahl House reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time including orders that contain incorrect prices or descriptions. Further, Dahl House retains sole discretion in terminating or altering the terms of purchase at any time.
